Carnival 2012

2012 CARNIVAL QUEEN AND PRINCESSES

Well its that time of the year again and we are starting to look for our next Carnival Queen and Princesses. It has been suggested at one of our meetings that the 10 Bramley Schools from the Cluster have Nomination Forms and the selection will be from the Bramley Schools. Headmaster David Harrison of Bramley Primary did suggest that we do it this way and we think that its a great idea. The forms are currently been drawn up and will be available in the schools within the next 10 days so please keep looking out for the forms and please do enter. The School will allow you to have a form if you are interested then you take the form home for your parents to complete for you making sure that your parents do sign the consent form as we can not accept form with no parents signature. QUEENS DIAMOND JUBILEE 2012

Bramley Carnival will be Recognizing the Queens Diamond Jubilee on Carnival day although the Queens Diamond Jubilee will have past as its in June we still have a duty to honor our respect for the Queen 60 years on the Throne. One of the Logos on our 2012 T Shirts and Sweatshirts will be the Queens Diamond Jubilee Logo.

THE OLYMPICS 2012

Bramley Carnival on Sunday 15th July 2012 is hoping to see some Sports activities taking place at the Carnival like a Mini Olympics in order to support the National Event. We intend to instruct Charlie Pyatt from Priesthrope School to look after this side of things for us as he specializes in this field. We aim to have each school represent a Country and the competitions begin.

DEADLINE FOR CARNIVAL QUEEN FORMS

The deadline for all Carnival Queen and Princess Forms will be April 12th 2012 so please make sure that you hand the completed forms back into the Head Teacher of your School. Late Applications will not be accepted. We at Carnival House would like to wish you all the best with your entries.

CELEBRITY TO COMPLETE CARNIVAL QUEEN AND PRINCESS DRAW

Do you remember the songs by Black Lace a well know Artist well we can confirm that Dene Micheal from Black Lace will be visiting Radio Poplar on Thursday 19th April 2012 to pick the Carnival Queen and Princesses and Prince. So make a note of the date in your Diary and tune into www.radiopoplar.co.uk between 7pm and 9pm you could be famous for 2012. The show at Radio poplar will be conducted by Bill Rowe and Chris Eagle with the Allsorts Show. Please stay tuned.
